I am a customer of hathway, retain plan they told some offers are there.
08/Sep/2022 I renewal my account with 530, from the MSG send by backend/offers team and paid via Gpay.
By that time she told/promised me that for the amount of 530, I will get 75 Mbps speed for 30 days. But now 50mbps plan activated.
I when I try to reach customer care, they are saying we are not responsible for as backend team promised you...
who will be backend/offers team and how I need to contact to them...
I have registered a complete on this, no one contacted me and ticket got closed today I registered another ticket too.
I am facing very bad experience with the service providing.
