Hathway — Raised monthly rental by Rs.100 without intimation

My account id is : 114693. I took hathway almost a year back since then every month I have made one or the other complaint. They have very bad customer service among PRIVATE ISPs. Last month there were frequent disconnections and I complained like 5 times and they have not given permanent soultion yet. Moreover they have raised the rental by 100rs without even notifying. They have not even sent a monthly bill this time through email or mail. May be they were hoping to charge rs 50 extra for late payment. Hathway is here to loot from people, the worst customer service I have come across next to BSNL.
