Dear Ajit, This is to inform you that I have been your internet services i.e. 4 MBPS Broadband connection. I am facing this issue since last couple of months. I have been complaining regarding the same regularly and in fact in the month of April I have been complaining almost every day regarding the issue. No one wants to help and get permanent rectification. Since last 15 days every alternate day there is problem with connection. All the subscribers of the building have been complaining no one turns up from your office. We all have recorded the necessary complaint numbers that we receive after lodging the complaint. Moreover when we call you we get vague and arrogant answers. I have recorded the speed through speedtest.net on regular intervals and have saved it for records in case you would like to check.
