I have disconnected the hathway broadband service long back. I have called to customer care to stop the service they approved and they got their stuff back, but since then i'm getting call from hathway everyday stating that we're providing offer please do recharge. As per your guidelines i reached customer care and informed to stop the service, but that proved to be of no use. Everytime they call I ask them to remove my number from the database and not to call or text me for any plans further, still my inbox and call logs are flooded with the spam calls. This type of service is not expected from such providers. Please help to resolve this or I am going to take it legally, this is offence to data privacy, when I have disconnected the network where do I recharge and where do I use the internet. Why are you people using my personal data even after disconnection.
