[Resolved] Hathway — refund amount | |
Hi, I applied for new connection on 21-mar-2020 and the payment also done on the same day. As communicated with one of the executive, they said it will be done on monday i. E. 24-mar-2020. From that day i am calling every day to customer care for cabling and installation. They replied every time it will be doen by eod. I fed up with this answer and asked for refund. Initially they said ok and next when i asked when did get my refund. The executive said it is not possible online, for refund he has to go to the office. How can it be possible, if you can accept payment online you should refund it online. Please help me on this topic. I need my amount with interest.
