A lady from Refund team called me and she is telling that refund cannot be done, since this prepaid plan. I have paid for 3 months and how logical they are in conveying this to me.

Account no. [protected] should be deactivated. Have referred this to customer care team a month back and also to all the executives who called me recently to recharge further for three months but to no avail. Please resolve at the earliest. Kindly deactivate the account as this could lead to security breach.
It wasn't informed to us during temporary deactivation of the hathway cable that during reconnection we had to pay quite a good amount of money even if we didn't have the cable connection.
