I am moving out of India and asked for my account termination and cancellation for which Hathway has replied with this below mail:
"This is further to the mail, we regret to inform you that the plan which you have opted for is a prepaid plan and its a one time billing amount for which refund is not applicable.
Further, we request you kindly submit the device for further account termination."
So, I decided to transfer my account to my other family member, still maintaining my account, to a new area which later realised as unserviceable by Hathway. Still the customer care responded passively and asked to submit the device.
If I will not utilise the service, where is my already paid money going?
May I demand an explanation on what grounds can't I get a refund? Was this information helpful? |
