Hathway — Refund money for excess payment

I made the payment twice for a month as the first transaction was failed then got suceed. I moved from bangalore after a month and asked for the refund which was paid. They refused to give refund. I have followed for a month and raised lot of service request. All the service was closed without taking any action. Now they are saying we will not refund money. Was this information helpful? adding a point here, they have also said the plan has become active so can not refund, But i am following from last month when the plan was not even started. When i call customer care, they have put the call on hold and call the get cut automatically after sometime.

issue is not resolved yet. and issue has been mark as resolved. that's what they are doing from last one month.
