Hathway — refund not issued - unethical behaviour | |
Dear sir / madam, I am writing to you to raise an issue about: broadband internet The issue that i have experienced was: i was approached on one sales rep of hathway broadband on 3rd sep 2020 and advised 200 mbps plan is available in my locality (As raju nagar, kukatpally hyderabad). I have made the payment for new subscription. After few hours installation team visited my place and confirmed that 200 mbps plan is not yet available in my locality. I felt i was cheated by sales and tried to reach where i got some nasty response. I have raise a complaint on 4th sep 2020 regarding refund but this was not resolved till date. It occurred on: 3/09/2020 I want my money refunded! I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
