[Resolved]  Hathway — Refund not received/ false information

[protected] - wrong promises to recharge the account after recharging, no services are provided and calling customer care for 2 months no refunded is offered.

No hathway representative gives appropriate information, all the representatives promises call backs, I never received a call back, hoping to get my money for not having services.

I hardly had services for one for my 3 months of services, rest 2 months of services are disastrous which I barely used. Then I was offered to pay for one month then I will be getting 3 months of services. I clearly explained I will not be using the services at the same location, hathway representative said they can switch services to different account or different location. I recharged the account, no internet called hathway there is a flash news it would takes 7-10 business days to transfer services. After one month there is a update stating they would not be able to do that instead they can offer me a refund. In order to get a refund I have to pay money so that I can get refunded, seriously? Such lame representatives promise. Now I did not get my two months of services and top of it my recharge for a month. I would like this to be resolved.
