I got email to submit device, Even i sent email that will reuse service and in calls also informed Same.
Back ground, I have been using service 6+years and due to Covid-19 Pandmic, we are out of city, hence I said will reuse service once we are back to city in all calls and email also sent to hydbilling and no response for that, Now I got email to submit device urgently and I have replied to emails with all details few clarifications that 1)why should I return device, if we got free to use with initial package.
2) We are planning back to city in Feb-21 so whether i can re-use service or Submit device .
