[Resolved] Hathway — Regarding Billing | |||
Hello Team, This Year, on January 26th, 2021, I have taken the Hathway new prepaid connection for 3 months. But within 1 week of my account, i have realized my bad decision on this and waited until 3 months to complete and finally after completion, i have discontinued Hathway and registered to different internet service provider and i am happy now. Hathway team keep on harassing me by calling me to renew the service even i am saying that i have taken another services for internet. Later from my end, they said that i need to submit my router and charged me around 600. Even after that, no one is coming to my home to collect the router. I know once the date is crossed, they will charge me again on this. So, i am complaining here to find any solution on this. Waste of time and money these waste fellows. Please take action on them and i dont want their router or services anymore. If they want the router, please inform them to collect. If they dont want the router, then i will throw it away to the GHMC dump yard. Please help me as i dont want to get charged for their mistakes and take action on this.
