It has been over 1 year 6 months since I closed my Hathway connection.
I have been getting calls repeatedly asking me to reopen the connection.
I have told them on multiple occasions that I will not reopen the connection and asked them to stop calling me.
Despite all this they still call me at least once every two days.
The person that called me today outright said I was lying when I told him that I got over 50 calls so far. How can they expect customers to reconsider their service when the customer executives are so unprofessional.
The customer executive being unprofessional is beyond the point. When a customer asks not to call them, They shouldn't be bothered again.
I couldn't even block the number. Each time they call from a different number. Was this information helpful? |
