[Resolved] Hathway — reinstallation of hathway broadband connection is not happened

I was using hathway broadband in nanganallur chennai. I m relocated to gopalapuram a week back in chennai. I have raised request with them for reinstallation at new address. Almost 8 days completed, but work is not yet done and didnt get an update on my connection request. I contacted customer care multiple times to get connection to my new address, but i didnt get proper response from them. I need my broadband connection to the relocated place. Please help me to fix this issue.

Updated by Venkatraman S My issue is not resolved still. Is this the way you handle your customer. It's been 10 days over on my request and still nothing is happened. If you can't resolve please let me know i will move to other vendor's. But provide me your escalation matrix so that your top management will come to know about their service.
