I renewed the internet connection provided by Hathway Broadband Internet by Rs 512/- on 17th Jan 2021. After that, I was not able to browse the internet. So, I raise a complaint on 18th Jan. Then I got a call back from Hathway technical team and they said they are not providing internet in that area i.e where I am living, and said their billing team will contact and start the refund process.
After many days no one contacted by their billing team. I call to their customer care and ask for a refund then they replied their person will come and collect the router and assured me I will get a refund in 15 working days. After the completion of 15 working days, no one came.
My pack Rs 512/- was valid from 17th Jan 2021 to 16th Feb 2021. Now my pack is expired but no response from Hathway. And now even I am not able to contact customer care. And my complaint was automatically got closed in the dashboard as my pack was expired.

I also emailed the query to [protected]@hathway.net. This email id I got from customer care.
Their marketing team called me in Dec and asked me to pay Rs 425 to avoid disconnection. And I also paid that, So that I didn't face the issue of disconnection. And that didn't happen as they mention.
I am attaching the screenshot of the email that I sent, the bill as shown in the dashboard, Usage reports, and complaint requests.
