[Resolved] Hathway — return of modem and router | |||
Below are the tickets which i opened by never was my account closed. Ref. No: 04042018w634690 Ref. No: 17052018w303845 Ref. No: 24052018w404891 Ref. No: 25052018w413498 On 4th april i informed that i would be moving out so kindly come and collect the modem at the earliest. But no one ever connected with him from your team. Every time i contact team they open a new ticket and then no follow up and then it gets closed in less than 24hrs. With no resolution. I never got the amount refund from 4th april 2018 till 6th june 2018. Let me know how to close the account and what would be my refund amount. Will consider this as final notice and attempt to close the account for any future communication and would use this as legal document if post 6th june i am charged for your services. I left the flat in Pune during lockdown and even when I got calls from customer care, I specified to cut the connection but still got continuous calls and at that time no pickup of modem (device) was mentioned by the team. Now when I am not in Pune, I am getting calls for paying the fees for the modem. Please suggest as I have left the flat and even owner does not live there . If it is possible to arrange the pickup after I return to Pune .
On 14th July we return the Hathway modem and router.
As per instruction given by the engineer, we send an email to [protected]@hathway.net but have not received any response from them.
Let me know, if there is any chance to get our refund amount else at least reply that you people are not able to refund so that we will not follow up and forgot all these things. As we were not satisfied with Hathway call center and their response
Will consider this as final notice and attempt to get some response.
