I am user of this network since last 10 years. No issue till tri came into the picture. All tough these guys have card no. Of set top box, i can understand if they request customer to give to select pack and pay for the channel one time. I have three television at different places, so activated packages on 15th feb 2019. Suddenly news channel like wion disappeared from 4th feb 2019. These guys does not pick up phone. On visiting customer office in evershine, thakur village, these guys ask us to bring old receipt and card no. For each tv. Forms are already given with all details but still they want customer to go back home and bring it. Just imagine this is for one channel. Every complain you have to do this. Also, i requested for hd box in feb 2019. Guys ask me to wait for a month and now saying we have shortage.
