[Resolved]  Hathway — Sales person is not responding after a payment

Hi,
I am from Hyderabad.
I have taken a new plan on 28th July, today is 4th August. Internet is not working till now, the sales person told installing with dual band router, but installed router is not dualband router, the sales person is not responding after payment.
