Hathway — Service and billing | |||||
Hi, I had taken the Hathaway broadband connection plan on 24th September 2015. For the past 4 weekends, I am not able to use the internet on weekends especially on Sunday evenings. For some stupid reason, the internet gets disconnected permanently on Sundays and I’m not able to browse or do anything in the internet on the weekends when i need it the most. I have to make some customer calls in the US as well as call my relatives and it is not possible because of the suspension of the service. Whenever I call up customer service, they tell that my account got deactivated and they do not provide any particular reason. Every week on the weekends I end up fighting my way through getting a service agent to talk to me. I have paid an advance payment of Rs 3050 for 3 months and is this what I get in return? Billing department is so slow that when gulping the money, they encashed the cheque immediately but when I asked for the bill, they told that it would take 15 working days to get the bill generated. I had called up the customer service on the 14th of October but he did not create a service request for the bill- who gets penalized- the customer? Till now (26th oct) i have not got the bill. The customer service people are a bunch of monkeys- they lie and fool around with customer all day long
