[Resolved] Hathway — Shifting broadband connection | |
I requested Hathway to shift my broadband connection. After one day the wireman came and said that the box is full so it will take 2 days. 5 days over but no one can here to help me. I called the customer care 5 times a day but they only said that they will contact you. But no one came. Their service is ver bad and are fraud. The wireman said I will call and come in 1 hour after 1 hour i called him he said go to main office and complaint there.They are fraud. Was this information helpful? | |
