[Resolved] Hathway — Shifting connection problem already neighbours have hathway connection | |||
The user of hathway broadband internet services, my account number is [protected] as i requested to shift my connection, Nobody is going to take action against my request, and telling that your requested location signals low, then i requested to refund my amount for unused data, or provide me a connection at my location. For that the customer care executive told me that "you won't get any refund and won't get a connection at your preferred location its take 2-3months times. My neighbors have hathway connection.
