[Resolved]  Hathway — Slow response for 1170067

This is to bring to your notice that I am using Hathway broadband account number 1170067. for the last 10-15 days the speed of the internet is terribly slow with speed of 0.1MB as against 50MB plan I am in. I have logged multiple complaints which include[protected], 13135645, 13139856,[protected] but the issue is still not resolved. As on 21st June there are 6 calls logged but still no resolution below are the list of the tickets logged, I will publish the details on daily basis to let you know the status 13077799, 13135645, 13139856, 13149489 13167895 13173904 Regards Balasubramanyam S
