[Resolved] Hathway — The low speed internet and no response from their side | |||||
Our net of hathway broadband has been going on and off the all time. One time ots working the very next moment it is not and this is being going from a year. Whenever you call the hathway broadband customer care they give you a different number everytime. When you call they will ask for your account no. And will tell that they will send a technician but they never send unless you call them repeatedly. They do NOT respond us in a proper manner. Very disappointing and dissatisfied services are being provided. We are wasting our hard earned money and we aren't getting the proper response. Was this information helpful? | |||||
