Hathway — the wifi device is automatically shutdown every 15 minutes

I have issue with hathway wifi device. The device is automatically shutdown every 15 minutes. I hae raise many tickets. But without resolution the team is closed (Resolve) my incident ticket.
2 week before one of service executive came to my home to change wifi device. He charged 500rs. To change wifi device. His replace old device the old device is automatically shutdown every 15 minutes.

I called hathway customer support many time. The call center executive are not respond.

Dear consumer team please take civiliyar action against to hathway.
