I am an existing customer of hatchway broadband. I have been suffering from continue disconnection and regarding that I received more than 16 complain numbers. And now they added upto another problem continue fluctuation of speed. I have ultra 1 mbps plan and I am getting speed 300-400 kbps. I even received complain number for that also[protected]
But that’s not all the worst part is their customer care representatives behavior.
1. They feed you false information
2. According to their policy they you would get a call back from their tech team within 2 hours you register complain. But past 4 months I never received any call back
3. You will lose your money as their customer care is paid
4. Even though you do not use any abusive language they disconnect the call( it happens on 3-6-2014, Representative name Chaitanya, time: 7:40 pm)
5. Regarding their behavior I even complain to nodal officer but nothing happen
6. And never be able reach nodal officer number no matter how many times you try.
