[Resolved]  Hathway — They are not refunding money

I had paid amount of rs 2000 towards hatway on 30th april 2017 broadband connection account number :[protected] they had not given me any connection i have given a request for refunding the amount they are not taking any action since 30 days instead they had created new account
Account number: [protected] and charged me extra 2000 rupees, they are telling that the old account is being disconnected and i had not received any refund in my account. Please help me. My name is uttam kumar
