[Resolved]  Hathway — They never provided my usage and every month within a month they send mail saying usage is over

Hathway Boradband must be cheating me as till date written almost 20 mails to know my usage as I am individual user of there unlimited plan of 50 MBPS per month My account number 340790 and within 7 days they inform me that my usage limit is 100% used which is next to impossible and then they downgrade the speed. This is worst kind of Broadband I am having in Pune city.. I request you guys to look into this. Thanks & regards
