Hathway — Unresolved issues

I paid in advance for quarterly plan on 17th feb 2015 and as per plan till 17th april i should not get charged, but these hathway guys changed my plan on 27th march and since then i am getting mails from billing desk for payment when i called several times to solve the issue aand wrote 6 times to billing desk starting 13th april till today issue was not resolved instead my account was barred from service. Also i bought wifi router with advance payment even that is reflected in my bill additionally. If any one help on this it will be appreciated. Customer number 1278724. Pankaj Chawla [protected]
