Hathway — Unwanted calls and sms to make recharge from Hathway

I am not active Hathway user, my Hathway connection got disconnected before a month ago (25-Jan-2021). Hathway router also collected from Hathway service engineer with service ticket number 22012021M525191. I am still getting calls and messages from customer care to recharge. Really frustrated with Hathway customer care services. I have politely informed to hathway customer support as well but they aren't hearing my voice. Here is my account number.
