[Resolved] Hathway — Unwanted SMS after permanent disconnection-reg | |
Dear sir I have applied for permanent termination of hathway broadband disconnection and returned router on 8/Nov/2020. On my complaint they have put my no. on DND and unwanted calls and sms was stopped.But again from aug-2021 against they started sms to mobile for renewal.. All complaints given to hathway but no response. ACCOUNT NO.: [protected] But i still i get sms to renew The same is brought to the notice of [protected]@hathway.net hyd.[protected]@hathway.net but no improvement. I request them to stop sending sms over mobile on renewal as i am not interested any more. Was this information helpful? | |
Nov 13, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Got a mail on 28 AUG-21 and it stopped after 30-Aug-21.
Thanks to Consumer complaints for escalating and solving the issue.
