[Resolved]  Hathway — very bad service of tv cable from the cable service provider (Hathway)

I reside in Munirka, New Delhi. I have taken hathway cable connection from the service provider, Kaushal Net Service, Shop No. 111-c, Baba Gang Nath Market, Munirka, New Delhi. I am using hathway services since past 6-7 months, and we are facing numerous problem on daily basis. I am paying Rs 300 per month, but most of the times I am not getting all the channels, and service is really really bad. The channels which are coming have very bad quality. There is no effect of complainig to the Kaushal Net Service guys, they treat as if they will just not provide the service properly, inspite o[censored]s paying the monthly rental timely. It seems as if we are just wasting our money on them. Its a request to please look into this matter. As it is really a menace for us. We have taken Hathway services on the notion that it is one of the best cable service providers. But till now it has appeared to be a big headache for us.
