[Resolved]  Hathway — Want to disconnect but customer care is not responding. No one is picking up phone or no callback.

I have been facing internet issues over 3 months in hathway and therefore have discontinued using hathway internet and want to disconnect all connections from my flat. However no one is responding to my calls or the number comes invalid and always the service request get resolved in an hour without anyone contacting me. Please disconnect everything from my flat or I'll take all router and modem for personal use to another city while moving out.
