[Resolved]  Hathway — Wifi connection not working

My Hathway subscription for WiFi was for 3 months which cost me 3540 Rs. Out of these 3 months I got service of 2 months..its almost been 1 month wifi is not working. Despite of complaints they don't seem to solve my problem. I'm fed up of these people and I want someone to take legel action against Hathway, Pune. I live in Kothrud area and such problem is faced by many of my colleagues too. Please do something about it so that our money doesn't go to waste.. Not providing the service that they assured for is fraud and some action should be taken against it.
