[Resolved] Hathway — Worst customer service ever provided | |||||
We had renewed our Internet plan for 3 months on 27 Jan however hathway has such a pathetic software that it didn't reflect back well and our account was deactivate for more then 7 days, daily despite of calling them 10 times we were not getting any help. When asked for refund they said you need to wait for 45 days. Worst harassment ever faced by any service provider. Guys please don't got Hathway as they don't have basic ethics and respect for there customers and just fool around. Was this information helpful? | |||||
