[Resolved]  Hathway — Worst customercare, worst services of hathyway

My account no is 1456988..i have taken new connection 14/10/2015. they have installed on 15/10/2015..from that day onwards .I have been facing some serious disconnections with my hathway broadband. I'm unable to use my internet . I had paid for 24 hour connection. I have contacted the customer care several times .in 3 days we complained many times ..they r telling we r solving plz give me 24 hour time for every time ..we have paid 3 months advance payment for 50mbps line... plz refund our money
