I am facing modem problem for the last 15 days on my account number 3638360. Inspite of so many complaint they just close the complaint without giving feedback & tell me the my problem has been solved. I have lost almost 6-7 days due to negligence on their part to solve the problem. The list of complaint are

When it comes to payment they immediately stop the services & ask us to pay but when it comes to technical problem they just keep on telling that the problem have been submitted to their technical support team & will be resolved.
I want a proper action on this issue .
