Hathway — worst service from day one

i started new connection on saturday 29th nov 2014, at kandivali west m g road with hathway, after connection instalation set up within five minuts wifi not working so i called various toll free people at office to help they say its your router so we cant help///// how starnge answer while new connection i told them that i hve router that time they didnt told this all now m calling all no one is answering particular MR.ABHAY AND MR.HITESH AT KANDIVALI M G ROAD HATHWAY OFFICE. DEAR ALL NEW CONNECTION HOLDER PLS THINK BEFORE THIS ALL TRAP BY HATHWAY. WORST EVER SERVICE ONLY MONEY MINTING FROM CUSTOMERS.
