Hathway — worst service i have got from hathway

I have paid money 499 in 15/6/2020 i was not knowing the bill n then u people have send me a msg that the amount is 589 so on 19/6/2020 i have paid remaing 90₹ now if i call for costumer care they are saying plz reactivate worst service i have got from hathway...
