[Resolved]  Hathway — Worst Service- Need full refund

I have registered the complaint to the customer care around 11 PM and it is more than 5-6 hours and no body has either called us or contacted us to resolve the issue. I am continuously facing the same kind of issue and same kind of bad customer service since we have taken the connection on 11th Sept. 2015. We have faced the problem more than 8-10 times in one month. We have taken the 1 Mbps plan but we never experienced the same.There is always the speed issue and we have complained the same but no body has replied. Please look in to the issue and explain how is this worth to continue the services of Hathway. My Connection number is 1429667. Need Refund #Wortservice #CEOhathway
