[Resolved] Hathway — Wrong Account Usage | |||
I had requested plan up-gradation from broadband to DOCSIS 3.0 line on 16th May 2014. The Hathway person activated my plan on 17th May 2014. But nobody had come to install new modem (as required by DOCSIS connection ). One Hathway Engineer (Mr. Yogesh) came on 19th May 2014 afternoon to install new modem. In my client portal showing 3GB usage on 18th May 2014, but I have not used that data. Hathway is taking responsibility of error in their system, but not ready to take any action. Because this error my speed is downgraded to 512kbps from 50mbps. This is not an appropriate way to give a service to its consumer. Account Number : 529587 Was this information helpful? | |||
