Havells India — ceiling fan issue
I have raised multiple complaint with my registered mobile number. When i registered my first complaint on 2nd may 2019, i got one service message and kkg code as well. I waited for whole day and also tried to connect with number provided in service message but that person hasn't picked my call. Next day again i called but he hasn't picked up the call. Then i called to customer care and asked about status of my complaint they told your request has been closed. I asked technician hasn't came to my home how come request got closed then response was like we don't know and they blamed on me like you had only shared the kkg code. From past two days same thing is repeating. I called multiple time and waste my time to discuss with your executives but there is no proper response. My concern is how kkg code has been shared with technician without resolving customer issue.
Let me know how long havells team need time to resolve my issue. Do you gusy need 1 year???
Is this kind of service we expect from havells? Did you guys understand about temperature in north india and my parents facing this fan issue from past 10 days. I got really frustrated with your service and i have never seen this kind of service from any other service provider. Please stop to play with customer and if we trust on havells then please do the value for that.
