Dear team, i had purchased five havells table fans on 15/08/17 for my showroom out of which four of them are not in the good condition. Initially they all were working but later they had started giving trouble. One fan is totally out of order and rest three are creating noise and it’s features like speed adjustment and neck movement are not working. I was given warranty cards at the time of purchase and was asked keep them safe with me in case of any inconvenience and i did the same. All my fans are under warranty and two of your executives had shortly visited to my showroom which is in rani bagh main market, pitam pura but no action has been taken yet. I have also provided front back image of it’s warranty cards and photos and video of non-working fans below. I am looking for a quick and prompt action else i would have to look for some other alternative like consumer court as it’s already too late and i am facing the same problem from past one year and no action has been taken yet.

At least send some one from your end. None of your executive don’t even bothered to at least make a visit. I want this work to be done as soon as possible else you and your team will be responsible for the consequences.

    Complaint wa made on 03.05.2019 but there is no tangible progress hence this reminder no 2.
    Subject: complaint request for defective fans
    I had purchased some havells fans in march 2019. Out of which 2 were not functioning properly. Complaint was lodged on 19.04.2019 with mobile number [protected]. Request no[protected] was closed without any resolution. Second request was registered and number is[protected]. Sorry to say that problem is not resolved despite series of requests made. Every time it is said that problem will be resolved soon. Please get the problem resolved immediately.

      ceiling fan issue

      Hi,

      I have raised multiple complaint with my registered mobile number. When i registered my first complaint on 2nd may 2019, i got one service message and kkg code as well. I waited for whole day and also tried to connect with number provided in service message but that person hasn't picked my call. Next day again i called but he hasn't picked up the call. Then i called to customer care and asked about status of my complaint...

        I have registered my problem 8 times before this one regarding repairing of my monoblock s2 pump. After too many approaches a mechanic came and he tells that its impeller is not working properly then i registered the complaint again then a other mechanic came and changed its head as well as its impeller. But problem continues then i again register the complain again, a mechanic came and changed it with new one but this new pump is also not working properly and we are facing the same problem continue. So please resolve this matter asap.

          Humne havells ka water purifirr kharida tha 31 december 2017 ko aur ab 1 march 2019 ko amc karayi thi filter plan ki aur 5 din baad 2 technician filter replace karne aaye aur jabse filter change karke gaye h tabse jiss pipe se reject water nikalta h wo rukta hi nhi h drop drop krke aata rhta h jab bhi tank full ho jata reject water ke pipe se paani drop drop krke nikalta rhta h aur kabhi 20 min baad kabhi 5 hour baad kabhi kitne baje kabhi kitne baje ro apne aap chalne lag jaata h tank full hone lag jata h toh humne technician ko bhi bulaya thik karne ke liye but technician ko samajh mei hi nhi aaya wo kaha rha yeh reject water membrane se aa rha h yeh har ro mei nikalta h aur unke saamne tank full bhi nhi hua agle din mene dekha fir yehi ho rha h kabhi 2 ghante baad kabhi 4 ghante baad aur mene notice kiya h ki kabhi kabhi reject pipe mei se jo drop drop paani nikalta h wo kabhi kabhi nhi nikalta aur jab nhi nikalta toh machine apne aap chalti bhi nhi.. I totally disappointed with havells brand..

          Dear havells team i have not login a complaint because if I login complaint mujhe pay karna padhta service charge le lete because mene filter plan liya h but galti aapke technician ki h jab se wo filters change karke gye h tabse problem aa rhi h mene march mei complain login karayi thi but solve nhi hui problem what I expect from your brand i thought your brand Was good from kent but i was wrong... I am very disappointed

            Hi team,

            I purchased havells air cooler around 1 week back. The problem here is that air cooler honey comb is not getting wet properly and because of this not giving cool air. I called customer care multiple times and each time they scheduled for technician to visit my home but they never came. Kindly look into it and take appropriate action. Pfa files.

            I am.still waiting for update from havells.
            It's really frustrating that after writing and calling multiple times to customer care there is no action have been taken.I am going to write bad feed back about this company every where and will suggest every body not to purchase any kind of havells product as it's after sales services is very worst.

              I have purchased a havells ceiling fan on 30th april 2019 electronic city bangalore. While installation the ceiling fan is not working. On 30th april 2019 the complaint was registered in havells customer care vide complaint no.[protected]. We called 9/10 times to customer care but as of today no technician visited to fix the issue.

              Can you please look into this matter asap.

                I have purchased 2 nos. Of havells ceiling fan from kumar electric tilak nagar new delhi on 28th april 2019. While installation one ceiling fan is not working. On 29th april 2019 the complaint was registered in havells customer care vide complaint no.[protected]. The service engineer visited on 30th april 2019. According to him there is manufacturing defect in fan the motor is faulty and we will inform the company and do the needful.

                But as on date 3rd may 2019 nothing is happen. I want fan to be replaced because its manufacturing defect. Or i will go to consumer court against the havells company for not providing the new fan and harrasing the customer. Please send the reply immediately.

                    I have a havells geyser, model puro plus 15 ltr.
                    Its under waranty. Its not working. I requested havells by toll free number. Service person came 2 times but still its not working. Havells is not taking any action on that. I tried severa times havells customer care toll free number, but no use. They just promise, but no action taken yet. Its been more than 10 days now, my geyser not working. Surprise thing is, service person dont know whats the problem and how to troubleshoot it. This is really shameless service from havells.

                    1. Product-havells puroplus 15ltr
                    2. Date of failure[protected]
                    3. Service person visited[protected]
                    4. Result - still product not working. Person taken away some original parts of geayser with him.
                    5. Contacted service person and havells more than 10 times. But no action taken by service person and havells.

                      I purchase a ceiling fan model es-50 on dated 29 march 2019 from canteen. But by mistake i took wrong blade (Model velocity). When i contacted to canteen they said our stock is nill. I contacted to costomer care 02 times but no body resolve my problem.

                          I had also purchased celia cooler of havells. But with in warranty period motor stop working. I do complain more than 5 time but no reply from service center. Havells do cheating. I strongly recommended not to buy havells product.

                          A very good brand often fail due to poor service's and no customer voice listening . as i purchase a Havells Celia cooler last year June month but due to lock down covid19 so many time i go to complaint but office off found and when i complaint to dealer, he send a service engineer and they deny me to cover this complaint under warranty so please look in this matter soon . because we are facing issue same from 2 months .

                            Hi i bought a fan of havells with price 2400.. On 08/05/2018. The seller given me guarantee of 2 years the product is not worked properly even for 8 months.. But customer care executive didn't accept my words he just refused and ignore my call without any manners. Now i don't want any replacement for your customer executive misbehaviour..                               I had buy a havells cooler on 13th april 2019 in afternoon from lotus electronics jabalpur mp, 482001, celia i55 paying 14000 and got the defective cooler. My house is located in south civil lines around 10 minutes away from the shop. As soon as i got the cooler i watched that the honeycomb was not getting wet by water and it was throwing hot air even after putting ice. Even during the day time n ok one came from havells neither lotus to rectify or change this defective piece. I would say it is worst service one could get.

                                We bought a 400mm wall mounted fan on 23/04/17 from m/s havells galaxy (M/s shiv shakti corporation) (Bill no 0170, rs. 2100/-) bistupur, jamshedpur. The fan's body broke. We complained but there was no response. Finally the dealer exchanged our fan for new one, same model, for free on 25/02/18 and we were happy.
                                The new fan's body also cracked. We went to dealer to complain. He directed us to complain at customer complaint no. This time.
                                We made first complain sometime in nov.'18 (Call no. Hk033139). Representative visited, agreed that it is under waranty period should be changed. But nothing happened.
                                After that we have made 4-5 calls, have written emails too. Registered online complain. But no solutions. Later one person told that its being plastic component is not covered. But it will cost about rs.500/-. We agreed but no trace after that. Again and then they say it may cost rs. 1600/-. Surprising. Fan cost was rs. 2100/-.
                                They give nothing in writting. All verbal.
                                Very frustrating.

                                  I was purchased a hevells shallow well jet pump. Right now the pump is not working properly automatically ON/OFF. Currently the pump is in warranty period and I have complaint so many time but problem is not resolved. Company Technician visited so many time but not resolved problem. For the suggestion of Technician I brought 5KVA Stabilizer of Rs 10000 but same problem occur. Totally unsatisfied the warranty service of Havells. I am so mentally harassed and Rs 10000 I wasted in stabilizer for the suggestion of company Technician.

                                    Myself seema, i purchased havells on october 2018 from then till now 5th time i have raised complaint the induction cooker is doesnot work as expected.. I am literally unhappy with your service kindly provide me a replacement.. Its been 3 days i have raised complaint and none of your person visited to investigate.. Poor service.. I need an replacement else need a cashback

                                    I had purchased ORO model
                                    electrical switch of Havells in patna showroom
                                    which is of 25 A and is not working properly . It is too much hard to press it . Kindly replace it with a new ORO 25 A electrical switch as soon as possible
