I have raised the concern Ref[protected] on 2nd June 2019, its been 5 days today and there has been no solution. I spoke to the customer care and they handed over the call to their senior. The senior promised the solution within 24 hrs, the next day and no help. I had to call again, spoke to another senior person, he too promised help in 24 hrs. Now its been 5 working days and i dont have an update.

This has been one of the most pathetic services i have seen. Worst on this planet i believe. I dont trust you guys anymore. I want this email to be read by the senior most person in the company.

Have been waiting for 5 days, for one small concern and issue still unresolved.

God help me, because i know Havells cant.

    Hi,
    I had purchased product on 24th dec, 2016 (Bill enclosed). The product has started giving me problem of low heating during last winter itself. Now in summers the heating is average even we keep the thermostat adjustable knob to maximum. I am sure this is related to heating element
    The product manual says that the warranty on heating element is 4 years. And when complaint is lodged your service representative is asking for visit charges. I am ok to pay the visiting charges if there is some other fault then heating element/inner container issue. But why should i pay if the problem is related to heating element which is warranted for 4 years!
    The company is neither giving me proper response nor service although i have sent them three mails.
    Pl take up strongly with the company

      I had purchased a HAVELLS -100 AMP 4POLE MCCB on 21/08/2018, which comes with one year replacement warranty.

      In February, the MCCB didn't work for which I made complaint to havells customer care. company sent engineer to my location to see the MCCB, he ask me to show the bill of purchase, I show him and gave a photocopy of bill to him. then he assure me that company will replace MCCB in a week.
      But the product didn’t replaced.

      Till today the product is not replaced by company.

        I have logged request for ac service on 26th may 2019 in customer service with no[protected]. I was told someone will visit and if he does any kind of service/fault is there or fill gas he will take amount as per that also for touching ac visiting charge is there of rs 500.

        Case:
        Person visited, taken rs 500 by saying someone else will come and do work tom, not possible for me to do. Next day again a person visit and say not possible as outer is outside second floor.
        Our agency have to provide stairs or they will confirm we cant do work.

        Wordings of agency : we cant work there, will not refund your money also, talk to call center, also complaint is closed without happy code.

        Complaint was closed by giving no resolution and i receive a thankful message

        I was surprised that agency lady behavior on phone and harassment they have done for 2days with my parents who were alone at home and taken money by saying we will adjust in gas filling tom or we will refund the amount.

        Again complaint raised :[protected], still open.

        I am only of one opinion. Do the work, if not ready to do refund the amount. I am using 4 ac and 2 are of lloyd.

        I am now thinking is my mistake to choose the good brand who does’t have good venders down the line.

        Looking forward for giving service to me or refunding my amount which was taken without working.

          I purchsed havells two dew fans on 3rd may... After many reminders ;technician came on 9th may... He doesnt install fans perfectly... One remote of fan is also not working from first day of purchase... I hv told him to install properly... He deny to do it... And continued making excuses... Aise nhi hoga aise hoga... At last he said. I cannot do this... I cant help u in this... Mujhse to aise hi hota h... Then he said i ll change remote in a day or two... But he dudnt came. Then i again complaint on custimercare number of havells... But everytime they isseued a new complaint number... But koi nhi aaya abhi tk... I hv complaint about 10 times to havells company... But they are not taking any actions... Please sir... Can u help me out.

            I have buy havells - Ananta Standard ceiling fan (5 blades with bottom light operated with remote), this fan is not working due to unknown reason and also white cover of bottom light is broken so I want replace this cover also.. I have already complain for this around 14 days ago but not find any response ... My reference number is "[protected]" Shree Sai Electrical But this repair man still not visited my home.. So I am very frustrated by this type of third class service in this scorching summer..

              We have purchased havells v3 pedestal fan on 30th april 2019. It stops working on 16th may2019. We have raised complaint on 17th may2019 and mr. Tarun (M:[protected]) visited 18th may2019. He promised to repair within 2days however still we are chasing and he is no answer when our fan will be repaired.

              I want solution within 48 hours otherwise i will take legal action against havells.

                  We purchased 3 havells exhaust fan 10 months back and facing issues since then. The fan creates heavy noise when switched on. Multiple complaints were logged and highly inexperienced person is sent who could not solve the problem. The fan is making so much noise that it is impossible to switch it on. Expecting a good quick resolution or replacement.

                      I raised a service request on apr 23rd and had service person come and check grider, he said kar new to be replaced and asked to pay for jar upfront. He said withou that he won't be able to order the jar. After paying the amount he said he will get the jar in 3-5 days. It's almost a month now i have not gotten the kar i paid for. He doesn't pick up the call or even called back to share the status of the request. I called havells customer care several times they just put call on hold and don't resolve my issue... I'm on currently on hold since last 25 minutes now while i'm writing this complaint. Not sure, if this how big brand treat customer, who will come purchase their products. I really felt that i'm making right choice by purchasing havells product but their service is very annoying. I hope my issue will get resolved soon.

                      Recently that is 2 days back to beat the heat I have purchased havels Freddo desert cooler from pai electronics. It's worked for one night and nd next day mator is not working.

                        I had purchased a Lloyd Air Cooler (Now owned by Havells India) model-LC65HC.
                        It has stopped working and when I contacted the customer care on 12 May (reference number "[protected] they sent the service engineer on 15th May.
                        The service engineer charged RS.250 as the product was out of warranty period.He checked and said everything is ok but the same problem still persist. It doesn't work.
                        Then I again contacted customer service on 15th May (reference number[protected] & again on 19th May (reference number[protected] but still no service engineer has turned up to resolve the issue.
                        Sorry to say that a brand like Havells has hired local electricians for servicing and they are just cheats.
                        Request you to please help.

                        In spite of repeatedly contacting the Havells customer care, still no service engineer has turned up. Every time just got the assurance that a engineer will visit and resolve the issue.
                        You are just cheating your customers and nothing else.

                          We regret for the inconvenience. Your service request[protected] has been escalated to national head.
                          Complaint lodged on 9.5.2019. No one turned up and no follow. Up.
                          This is the standard reply everytime i have called up and said that give us one more day to resolve the problem. But sadly no one turns up.
                          I think that the cooler will not be of any use during the summer. Very frustrating and not expected such behaviour from havells.

                            I bought a havells garments steamer in february 2018 and i get 2 years of warranty. But now when my product is not working due to some internal breakdown, i log 4 to 5 complain and after so much follow ups and calls a guy comes and repair my product but after one day when we use it my product burnt as that havells guy was not able to repair that product. So i inform to that guy and in havells service center about this but since then no body is taking my call and all are just ignoring this matter.. This is a very pathetic service experience from havells.
                            Now i dont know where to go and how to deal when no one is responding.

                            I am also sharing garment steamer images after service.
                            I dont know why hallevs is not giving proper training to their employee.

                              Dear sir,

                              I have purchased havells air cooler from dealer hind enterprises, town hall road, udaipur (Raj.) on 29th april 2019.

                              On very first day i found the problems in cooler -
                              No. 1 - outside swing was moving automatically whereas it is manual.
                              No. 2- honey com pad was not getting wet properly.
                              No. 3 - no sticker was there on cooler of serial no., item code etc. For warranty purpose.

                              The same day i called to dealer he straight forward said that now there is no role of mine. I sold the piece that's it.

                              Then i called to toll free no. Of havells, i have been assured that any technician will come to me and resolve the issue.

                              Next day technician came to me, he did something and open the cooler but problem was still there.

                              Again another technician came to me but his answer was so silly - he said "this problem happens in every havells cooler" i said please give in written so that i can file a case in consumer court. But he ran away.

                              In continuing another technician came and he did something with cooler and open whole cooler, he checked with another pump but no solution was there with him.

                              At last he said our senior will come and resolve this. But now 5 days has gone no body has come.

                              Please look into the matter or replace the piece otherwise i have to go for legal action.

                                Dear team, i had purchased five havells table fans on 15/08/17 for my showroom out of which four of them are not in the good condition. Initially they all were working but later they had started giving trouble. One fan is totally out of order and rest three are creating noise and it’s features like speed adjustment and neck movement are not working. I was given warranty cards at the time of purchase and was asked keep them safe with me in case of any inconvenience and i did the same. All my fans are under warranty and two of your executives had shortly visited to my showroom which is in rani bagh main market, pitam pura but no action has been taken yet. I have also provided front back image of it’s warranty cards and photos and video of non-working fans below. I am looking for a quick and prompt action else i would have to look for some other alternative like consumer court as it’s already too late and i am facing the same problem from past one year and no action has been taken yet.

                                  Complaint wa made on 03.05.2019 but there is no tangible progress hence this reminder no 2.
                                  Subject: complaint request for defective fans
                                  I had purchased some havells fans in march 2019. Out of which 2 were not functioning properly. Complaint was lodged on 19.04.2019 with mobile number [protected]. Request no[protected] was closed without any resolution. Second request was registered and number is[protected]. Sorry to say that problem is not resolved despite series of requests made. Every time it is said that problem will be resolved soon. Please get the problem resolved immediately.

                                      I have registered my problem 8 times before this one regarding repairing of my monoblock s2 pump. After too many approaches a mechanic came and he tells that its impeller is not working properly then i registered the complaint again then a other mechanic came and changed its head as well as its impeller. But problem continues then i again register the complain again, a mechanic came and changed it with new one but this new pump is also not working properly and we are facing the same problem continue. So please resolve this matter asap.

                                        Humne havells ka water purifirr kharida tha 31 december 2017 ko aur ab 1 march 2019 ko amc karayi thi filter plan ki aur 5 din baad 2 technician filter replace karne aaye aur jabse filter change karke gaye h tabse jiss pipe se reject water nikalta h wo rukta hi nhi h drop drop krke aata rhta h jab bhi tank full ho jata reject water ke pipe se paani drop drop krke nikalta rhta h aur kabhi 20 min baad kabhi 5 hour baad kabhi kitne baje kabhi kitne baje ro apne aap chalne lag jaata h tank full hone lag jata h toh humne technician ko bhi bulaya thik karne ke liye but technician ko samajh mei hi nhi aaya wo kaha rha yeh reject water membrane se aa rha h yeh har ro mei nikalta h aur unke saamne tank full bhi nhi hua agle din mene dekha fir yehi ho rha h kabhi 2 ghante baad kabhi 4 ghante baad aur mene notice kiya h ki kabhi kabhi reject pipe mei se jo drop drop paani nikalta h wo kabhi kabhi nhi nikalta aur jab nhi nikalta toh machine apne aap chalti bhi nhi.. I totally disappointed with havells brand..

                                        Dear havells team i have not login a complaint because if I login complaint mujhe pay karna padhta service charge le lete because mene filter plan liya h but galti aapke technician ki h jab se wo filters change karke gye h tabse problem aa rhi h mene march mei complain login karayi thi but solve nhi hui problem what I expect from your brand i thought your brand Was good from kent but i was wrong... I am very disappointed
                                        Dear havells we have not lodged a complaint.. Because if I lodged complaint mujhe pay karna padhta par galti aapke technician ki h.. March mei login karayi thi complaint but complaint solve nhi hui... What I expect from your brand
