I am complaining about havells instant geyser, which i bought from reliance digital, angul, odisha.
I purchased from reliance digital appx 100, 000 rupees products which includes ac, fridge, washing machine, kent ro & this geyser.
Since the first day of installation of both equipment (Havells geyser & kent ro) its not working at all infront of the service engineer and these engineers they dont know anything because during installation the talk somebody on video call that how to install it!!!
Once the same thing i complaint to reliance digital to mr. Subhendu, he said about geyser it will take maximun 2 days to initiate my issue.
I just want to know where is my problem if your supplied product is not working since from the day of installation why should i wait for 2 days,
Shoudl i take a bath with warm water after 2 days its really not fair... I just want to know why reliance digital want to spoil with such people who spoil their service quality... Please i need your immediate help in this regard.

A very good brand often fail due to poor service's and no customer voice listening . as i purchase a Havells Celia cooler last year June month but due to lock down covid19 so many time i go to complaint but office off found and when i complaint to dealer, he send a service engineer and they deny me to cover this complaint under warranty so please look in this matter soon . because we are facing issue same from 2 months .
