Hi i have purchased rs 2400 1400 mm havells ceiling fan and from first day it was working slow as compare to other fans which are already there at my home. I thought it is problem with regulator so i changed two different regulator at my cost and still same. I finally called havells to look into this and their agent visited and said i have checked this and it will work like this. This is the maximum speed you will get and no resolution. When i questioned to replace or refund for this fan if it will work like this he said call havells it will work like this and there is no solution for this. I have purchased fan but it looks like i am sitting in a roon with no fan where very costly fan is running. What is the solution if they will not fix it. I am very unhappy and unsatisfied and this has changed the image of havells for me, i have to purhcase a/c but i will not go for havells in future fir sure. Please solve it and give me the fan which works because i have paid for it... If its your fan design fault its your problem change it or refund it.. Its only 1.5 month old under warranty and guaranty i have the3 bill kaling international west patel nagar 11008

Updated by [email protected] Havells-> Being such a huge company why you are doing this if your product is not good please stop selling it because only working products will capture market...As a middle class family I can't support new fan now because I have already purchased it and I am now bound with that fan which works very slow and your agent is not capable of giving resolutions... please look into this or get it refunded because I am not going to believe in your other fans now you lost a loyal customer. Say no To havells and I will forward this to all social media and my friends and relatives so that they will not buy any thing from havells. I have purchased tention for Rs 2400... Please be assured I am not gonna sit like this and I will make complaint every single day if you will not solve it...

I had purchased a havells fan on 01 Sep 2017 but its speed is very slow and can not compete with other company's fans. I had lodged a complaint and the engineer had come who advised to replace the fan regulator by Legrand one which is not possible as I have to replace 18 modules wall plate and switches or sockets and still it is not sure to have a desirable speed. I am repenting over my decision of purchasing Havella fan.

I bought 7 Havells ceiling fans all are running fine except one. It runs slow and also make noise. I have changed the regulator also but no improvement.
