I had purchased havells 3 ltr water heater model no. Neo ec, on 23 march, 2016, from amba enterprise, ahmedabad, gujarat. It has 2 years warranty. Since last one week, whenever w/heater is switched on, the switch of mcb is falling down and the lights of bathroom and connected room are getting switched off. I had lodged complaint. One mr. Upadhyay visited my home and after inspecting, without resolving the problem, he closed the complaint stating that, complaint is resolved. He stated that, there is problem in electric line in the house but i called my electrician and after inspecting he opined that, there is no fault in electric line. Mr. Upadhyay also behaved very rudely with the lady members of my family. Hence, i again lodged complaint on toll free number today i. E. On 22/7/2017and my call no. Is gg224008 and
