I have a complaints regarding the scheme of coupens not recieved
As i had purchased wire and pipes of approx 78k from the democrat near gupta hotel mohna road balllbgarh i have purchased 54 boxes of wires but there are no coupens inside in it and when i ask retailer to give these coupens than he say coupen doesnot belongs to purchaser it belongs to me and only me the shopkeeper and than say i dont have time tto talk to you i have all call regarding of him can you please help me in this

    I had made a complaint to havell on 1st august 2017 (Complaint # gh14209) with a request that it should be completed on saturday, 5th august, 2017. Till date it is pending. Repeated calls to the call centre had no effect. People who work in offices plan activities but such lax attitude on part of the service provider is unfortunate. Today, 8th august, 2017 the technician called up to say that i should leave my work place early so that the geyser can be installed???

      I do have a water heater and did complaint around 5-6 times on their portal and there are passing from one person to another person.

      The person comes and just visit and saying will come tomorrow. But it never happened.

        In my house the company replaced 8 switches on two occasion. The condition of remaining switches are very bad posing danger of shock. I have put tape on switches to avoid shock. Speed of fan very slow in all the 4 points. Tube lights are dead. Some switches are struck and some of them bounce on us.             The current wall fans manufactured by havells are of very cheap quality.
            Upward downward swing cannot be adjusted properly and fans get damaged as a result. 5 of my wall fans got damaged when adjusting the up down swing. The mechanism is very badly designed and quality is very poor. The new batch of fans are very cheap and poorly manufactured. Not expected from a brand like havells. Previous fans from havells were not like this.

              I had purchased havells 3 ltr water heater model no. Neo ec, on 23 march, 2016, from amba enterprise, ahmedabad, gujarat. It has 2 years warranty. Since last one week, whenever w/heater is switched on, the switch of mcb is falling down and the lights of bathroom and connected room are getting switched off. I had lodged complaint. One mr. Upadhyay visited my home and after inspecting, without resolving the problem, he closed the complaint stating that, complaint is resolved. He stated that, there is problem in electric line in the house but i called my electrician and after inspecting he opined that, there is no fault in electric line.                 Hi, i am milton from bangalore (Belthur kadugodi).
                I raised a complaint to havells wrt 2 faulty fans. A woodster brown and a florence black antique copper.
                The issue was raised on 17th july (2017). Complaint number gg171449.
                I was assigned a technician - mr. Shivaraj ([protected]). The person came over on the 18th of july and managed to rectify the issue with the woodster fan. However, while trying to fix the florence fan, he broke one of the blades.
                He promised to get the replacement by the next day. He closed the ticket (Claiming 1 fan was fixed!) but never got back.

                After i called back multiple times, he told that the part will come the next day (20th). However, he still did not bother to call back.
                I raised the complaint again by calling the toll free number. Despite their promises nobody came over to fix the issue.

                I then got hold of the branch office through mr. Shivaraj, who gave the number reluctantly after claiming it'll be fixed on the 24th and i must wait. He also claimed and promised that if it does not get ready on the 24th he'd replace the entire fan wing. I suggested that since i have been delayed of a service for 5 days without the proper business courtesy, replace the fan wing as of immediately.
                I spoke to a mr. Arjun ([protected]) from the havells india ltd. Office mg road. After explaining my concerns to him i requested for an immediate solution.
                He responded back saying that he could not commit but would get in touch with other shops and find a replacement. As of today (22nd july) he told the part has been received and a technicain will come over to fix it.

                No one has come to do as claimed and nobody is receiving the calls anymore in the branch office (Note, even calling mr. Shivaraj is futile since he now ignores the call most times).

                This is a very unprofessional behavior from havells. I am left with no fan in my living room and no courtesy from havells to proactively call back and assure it will be fixed.
                A convenient time for resolution has also not been provided.

                I request you to kindly look into this at highest priority.

                Heavily disappointed.

                  I am arun singh (Customer), i have purchased 3 ceiling fans (Havells leganza 1200mm ceiling fan) on 27 jun and since 28 jun i am doing continuously followups. I have logged two complaints (Compaints gf284645 and gg091659)

                  Service, which i have received from such a big brand is really pathetic, sorry to use such a hard word. I am really frustrated with interaction with customer and technician.

                  Technician are very unprofessional and the attitude of the "mr. Dev service" is not in the direction to resolve the issue.

                  Customer satisfaction is completely ignored and avoided.

                  Issue is still open since 28 jun.

                        A pump of 1hp power was bought by me on dt. 24.04.2017. It is containing 2 years warranty. Few days back, i felt some problem in this pumb (Circuiting and producing high frequency sound), so i complaint to havells customer care regarding this problem by call on their toll free no. A servicing person from havells visited to my place for solving the problem. Servicing person checked and found that there was some water inside the pump which was creating the problem. But he denied to repair the pump. According to that service man, the pump is out of warranty now because of water inside the pump. But as per havells specification, pump is ip 65 certified. So no water should be inside as per specification. I am facing this problem because of poor quality of product of havells india. Also cimfr certification is to be questioned to certify this product for ip 65. I am also attaching my bill copy for reference.

                            Dear sir,
                            I constructed a house on 300 meters plot at greater noida and purchased havell product for switches, mcb, tubelights etc
                            I feel disgusted having decided to use this product. During a span of two/three years o[censored]se about five switches, three tube lights have gone faulty. Most disgusting part is regarding mcb which i have used for my air conditioners.
                            I had installed 8 numbers of these and for ninety percent of times only two were being used. Both have gone faulty and i have to replace these. Most unfortunate part is as due to other fittings that is plate and base etc it is very difficult to use any other product.
                            I strongly recommend all not repeat not to use this company product.
                            If complany desires to collect samples of there product they can collect it as i have not thrown these and retaining these for any action company may feel deem fit.

                              I have purchased a water geyser in feb 2015 and now water geyser tank has been giving leakage problem. I have registered a complaint with no - gf214053 on 21st june, 2017. But till date nothing has been done. Service center people are making fool to us and not replacing the geyser as per engineer.

                              I hope you will solve this problem as soon as possible to replace water geyser, if you will not do then i will registered a compliant in consumer court as no body is listening my voice.

                                I bought a havels fan in chennai 18 months back and it was first repaired on last feb and your representative came and fixed again it got repaired after 4 months and it was resolved now it is again repaired and by this time it was such a worst service from your service network.

                                I had 5 visits from the same service network for a single complaint and none of them is able to rectify it. Finally they agreed to replace the fan but that too not works am waiting for their replacement for the last 15 days. Such a worst experience with havels. I have attched the photo of the service done by your representative, is this a professional service expected.

                                  My havels fan is making noise whdn we switch on the fan its wings vibrate and make a big noise.                                     I own a Havells water heater which is less than 3 months old. It is not working now and i registered a complaint through customer care on 1 July 2017 (Complaint Number : GG010350). They promised that it would be repaired within 48 hours. But till now not even a single technician came to attend the fault. I have called back the customer care more than a couple of times and every time they are telling they will sent the technician as soon as possible. Even now (8 July) they haven't contacted me for fixing the issue. Kindly look into the matter and fix the issue immediatly.

                                      Bought exhaust fan vento jet auto inox 150 mm (6"): inv no r-11742 dt 17 jun 17 from kalra electricals, lajpat nagar iv, new delhi.
                                      Found gasket missing for installation & lodged complaint.

                                      Exhaust fan replaced on 23 jun while i was away. Later found replacement is lower model: vento jet auto std
                                      Complaint no: gf 270498
                                      Innumerable calls made to complain. Every time 24-48 hrs time req by your people.
                                      On 6th july: sanjeev:[protected] sent by senior azhar:[protected] /[protected]. Surprised to find that he came with an even lower model for replacement, i. E. Vento jet inox. We surely turned him back.
                                      Either the persons at havells are totally incompetent about their products, or they are out to hoodwink us.

                                      Pl replace immediately as 3 weeks have passed and no resolution, inspite of numerous complaints
