Dear Havells Team,
On May-22, I have purchased 2 Havells Standard Ceiling fans from the Local shop in Ulhasnagar on 22nd May-23.
Bill No. - JVH-497.On same day facing issue of Slow speed in 1 fan. So logged 1st complaint for the same. (Complaint No.- [protected]).
During the visit of the technician, we have requested him to replace the fan. But he has replaced the Capacitor.
After that also we are facing speed issues for which
we have raised various complaints in Aug-22, Feb-23 and April-23. but still the issue is not resolved.
I am not expecting this kind of service from the popular brand like " Havells' '.
So requesting you to replace the fan on priority.
