Hair dryer was purchased on 26 Nov 2022 (Havells compact hair dryer hd3151) in blue color with a transparent nozzle over it. its shows 2 years of warranty and within 2 months it started malfunctioning, it doesn't blow heat when on level 2.

    We have been raising the issue with Havells service centre for the last 15 days for our complaint regarding No heating from 13 fin OFR heater.

    Every time I raise an issue with Havells you guys automatically close the complaint without providing any resolution -

    The heater bought is a 2-month-old product and stopped working only after 1 month of purchase. It is since then I am trying to get a resolution.

      Hello Sir I am Mohit Ajmani From New delhi

      We had purchased Havells room heater in 2021 and we got two years warranty, just a few days ago a small problem came, the heater still had warranty time and we had also made a customer care complaint for it, those people complaint note Let's say 24 to 48, a technician will come to your home in hours It's been a week, no technician has come so far, complaints have been made four to five times, the service is very poor, now even by mistake, do not buy the product of this company, the thief is number one, what did all the technicians do with us when the complaint Race done code came, we already took the code from us and said in the company that we have come to the customer's house, whatever problem was there, they have fixed it, liars, there is a stigma in the name of fraud service This company fools people in the name of big name, small vision and service.

        Geyser water leakage

        I have raised multiple complaint of water leakage despite warranty . The agent has come 4 times but no support .. pls help solve the issues

        I had registered a complaint for an exhaust purchased around 1 year back & which stopped working. Despite several follow up with the customer complaint on 12th Dec 2022 no one has turned up yet to check the product which is under warranty.

        "Dear Mr. Sankar, We regret for the inconvenience caused. Your service request [protected] has been escalated to concerned executive. - Havells"

        This is really mental harassment as no one is bothered to respond back after multiple calls and then one person called and said it's not in my preview so please talk to my supervisor and get it managed! And when I called the manager he said he is sending the engineer and it's been 22 days since he is managing to send it. This is pathetic service by Havells.

          Hi,

          I have an ACCL switch from Havells which is just 7 months old. The warranty period is 1 year. I was told that the service request will be attended within 24 hours but its been more than 48 hours since raising the request, the technician doesnt respond to calls and customer care keeps asking to wait for another 24 to 48 hours every day. I have no power in my house because of this faulty switch and i am being forced to buy a new one.

          Issue not resolved and the company took no steps. Absolutely no support from Havells. Will not buy Havells product anymore. Will mark it as resolved and closing the complaint as i no more need support from Havells and bought a new ACCL of Electron.

            I am very disappointed with the Harvell's services. Geyser stopped working due to water leakage. I raised a complaint on 9th Nov, 2022. Technician visited my home and removed the geyser and said he will come again to replace the geyser. I called technician many times but he never pick up any call. I am calling customer care number from past 1 month. But no action has been taken on my complaint. They send SMS with service request that it. When i say transfer my call to your senior, they put my call on hold. I am fed up with services of Harvell's. [protected] is the service request number

              Geyser have to be replaced, but they don't have stock.

              Geyser stopped working due to water leakage. I have raised a complaint. Technician visited my home and the geyser will be replaced in a week. But it's been 15 days, still the geyser has not been replaced. When reaching out to a concerned person, they keep on saying the same for two weeks, that doesn't have stock. I am not sure what needs to be done here to get my geyser. Since a week technician not picking the call too....

              Hi Havells team,

              I am very disappointed. I bought new geyser hardly used it for 4-5 days and all of a sudden it stopped working. The water is not getting heated. I called customer care they assign an engineer. The engineer is asking me to pay a service charge of INR 500. Service Engineer said the geyser is dirty inside so cleaning is required. How come 1-month-old geyser is dirty inside? I need a replacement for the geyser. Pls help me out on this.

                I bought Havells monoblock pump on 15 june 22. After 1 month it is not working regularly. I used to lodge many complaints with Havells customer care team after that your engineer used to come and start the motor. But did not solve the problem permanently. So, I registered complaint for replacement of motor with reference number "[protected]" on dated 07.11.22 but got no response from Havells team and complaint was closed without any information.

                So I request you to kindly check and solve the problem and replace the motor.

                          Dear Sir,

                          Would like to inform you that on 07 th of Oct 22, a complain was lodge by me through Havells Customer care regarding repair of 02 in number Fans, 02 Modular switches, 01 Modular Door Bell and 01 Modular socket, would like to inform you that both fans were repaired by replacing new PCB and payment for same was made by me, and for switches Havells team told me that switches are not in stock and will be replaced soon ( which are under warranty) and said complain was closed without addressing. On 20 th of Oct 22 said complain was reopened and again said complain was closed without addressing mentioning remark phone not reachable, again said complain was re-opened on 02 nd Nov 22, more then 28 days have passed following with Havells customer care team and more then 10 plus call have been made but till date I have not received and positive response from Havells team.

                          Would like to inform you that after sale services of Havells is very poor.

                            The Strip is illuminating in parts only and the complaint was submitted on 31.10.2022 and reminded on 3.11.2022 at 11.30 AM but till this time i.e. 7 PM on 3Nov., 2022, neither any Technician has visited nor I received any call for the same.
                            If this is your service part then how can go for Havels

                              I had purchased havells blender 750 wat 14 days back and it's making very high noise and iam getting complaints from my flat mates. so I need replacement of this grinder.
                              It's really disappointing when we are facing this issue.
                              I checked with the shop but he is not agreeing to it. I purchased this product from Thrissur, Kerala shop name Extra Emall. Please do the needful.

                                  I have purchased Havells monza DX geyser from Nitin Electronics, Modinagar on 15Oct2022 but the same is not installed till date. Though fixed the appointment of installation on purchased date over customer care.I am following with customer care from last 3 days but did not get resolution. Now I am thinking to return the product and buy some other company geyser.

                                    A technician visited us did some kind of study got irrelated when there was a delay of producing bill . Took the KKG code and said my job is not to repair / replace the defected fan another technicain will do that and left . I haven't received any massage / mail / call regarding this . This is world class service and product .
                                    I have purchased a 25 lts storage water heater Monja25lts on 27/12/2019.On 03/09/2022, I raised a complain for water leaking and technician attended but failed to detect .Again a complain is raised for non heating on 29/09/2022and technician Ajoy Mishra attended and admitted body leakage.Since then the complain is lingering and in the mean several times the complaind are cancelled.Both o[censored]s are senior citizen and my wife is thyroid patient.She need hot water in daily use.---Dinesh Kumar Bariar (M/no.[protected], )
