No response even after a week.

Case [protected]. Issue was raised a week ago on September 7th for an issue with hot water geyser and still no response. When I called the Customer care over the last 3 days, I am getting the same response "some one will respond asap" Not sure if they understand the urgency when we have an old age person at home....

Regarding not providing proper service by the technician of the company

I bought a ceiling fan from Havells Reo which worked fine for a year but after that there was a technical problem and it got damaged
On complaining about it, the technician of the company fixed this fan.
After this, in[protected], this ceiling fan stopped again, whose complaint was lodged on[protected] on customer care number [protected] and on[protected], the technician also did home visit for fan service but So far no solution...

Havells RO Max (Pump Issue)

I have registered a complaint on 28th Aug. Engineer visited my place and found pump is not working. Service center committed to resolve the issue by 31st Aug. But he was kept fooling around me. Telling me engineer will come now and he never came on 31st Aug. I called the customer care and he told me my complaint has been closed because the service center respond that the service has been done. I haven't provided any satisfaction code as well...

Complaint regarding bad service of my AC and indoor coil

Personal Air cooler 18 litre capacity

I purchased a havells Tuono I personal air cooler 18 ltrs capacity from Amazon online shopping. I purchased item on 18.08.22. The amazon order ID was[protected]. I recieved the item on 27.08.22. When operated the air cooler, there was quite a substantial leakage of water from drain pipe outlet . Havells BLDC fan spotted working after 15 days of purchase

I have purchased a Havelles (Efficencia) ceiling fan, it was delivered on 7 June within 15 days, suddenly it has become out of order and stopped working.

Raised multiple complaints about it but have received no resolution to date.

1st complaint was raised on 1st July - complaint no[protected]
- technician was supposed to visit in 24-48 hours but never visit and canceled my request stating I am out...

Ac stopped working within one year

I purchased an ac, 1.5 tonne, Split in July 2021 by paying 45k even though other brand Ac were available for 32 to 38 k. Last free service was done on 6 july 2022 and to the horror of me the same So called best product stopped working with in next 7 to 8 days.
Is the product worth buying??, I did pay more amount but your inferior product has stopped functioning. When u people can't provide best product then why r u fleecing customers...

False promise and misleading information

I booked a llyod window AC on 18th Aug 2021. The product was delivered to me on 19th Aug 2021 and installation was done on 21st Aug 2021.

On 17th Aug 2022 the AC started making a sound of gas leakage and stopped cooling as well.

AC window 1.5 ton

Refer my earlier complin dated 4th august, such a shameful act & services that no one from the company is bothered to reply. Worse is your service center owner Nasim Khan is playing dirty & has been misguiding your customer service team. I registered the first call on 2nd August after that 2 more complaints are raised & without consulting the customer your customer care team canceled the complaint on the feedback from the Service center....

My Lloyd led tv purchased about two years back became defective. Horizontal lining and flickering appears on screen while watching.But in spite of repeated complains to Havells customer care in it's email address and whattsapp chat, since 1st week of August, 2022 no definitive response or clear communication from company representative till date ie 15.08.2022 10pm, although my tv is well within guarantee period of 36 months.

We buy llyod refrigerator on 17 sept 2021, and its going under warranty period, its the third time we are complaining about the issued that we are facing for these refrigerator cooling...some times not cooling their showroom technician fix it and again happens same on the next two times, they remove some pipes or gas, whatever, until now these company guys dont know what they do for these issue, I inform many times in the Attinkara Electronics...

Not getting any kind of help from 3 months

I am writing this after getting frustrated and after complaining again and again but getting no help.
I bought a Lloyd AC last year in June.
Now this year Before the start of summer, I requested for Air Conditioner Service by your company. The electrician did service of AC on 2 April 2022. But after a month AC stopped working.
Then again I booked a service appointment...
