Havells India — No customer service

I have bought havells fan on 16/06/2020. After one day of installation it was not working properly so I lodged service request. 2 technicians visited but none of them were able to rectify the issue instead of that another technician blown up the fuse and pcb circuit and left the fan in even more bad condition. Since then I have not heard from any havells executive that when they will change the fan. Neither of them pics the call whom number I receive on message. Who will take the responsibility if any short circuit happens in future due to their fan. This was indeed my last purchase from havells because of their disastrous technicians and service. Rectify this asap otherwise I will take the matter to corporate office authorities. I will drop the copy of email to them also.
