Havells India — regarding fraud from havells india

Sir my self rahul bagadia [protected] who had purchased 7 stealth fan from your ichalkaranji dealer/sub-dealer ankur electricals in which just after installation one of the fan was not working properly on which i launched an complaint on 25th june reference number[protected] for which suresh koli named technician was appointed, he visited and took my fan from my location for which he didn't gave us any receipt that he is taking that fan and then till date it had been 9-10 days he is neither receiving my call nor had given me repaired/non-repaired fan also according to customer care my call was satisfactorily closed for which i didnt gave him satisfaction code.
Also then customer care re issued my call with reference number[protected] on 27th june still no action till date on that as well now today i again called customer care for the same they said the above call is also been closed and they had regenerated my complaint with reference number[protected]. Now should i consider the man whom you appointed had cheated me and launch an proper complaint against him and havells india.
Hence kindly look into this matter at the earliest...
