I bought havells 10 liter water heater from pimpri, pune (Gurudev electronics) on 30 june 2019 and i called customer care for installation on same day. I did not get the installation from last 7 days. I got their sms about technician number but he did not pick the calls. Its frustrating service from brand like havells.

    Purchased electrical accessories including switches, sockets, wire's etc., from m/s kumar electric corporation vide above referred invoices. The quality of product mainly irene switches and sockets are found of very sub-standard category. Within a span of 3-5 years observed lots of number of switches and sockets were broken and had to be replaced (A house hold where number of members are only three all adults). A reputed company like m/s havell's has to look in to the matter and inform reasons for supplying and selling such sub-standard products and procedure for compensating customers.

      I purchased a Havells water geyser from Innovations Shoppe VISAKHAPATNAM on 22nd of June. Invoice no is FGM5S/1590/19-20 dtd 22/06/19. But no one came for the installation of the same. The task has been assigned to some service engineer named Mr. Shiva Kumar. I m repeatedly asking him to come & install the geyser but failed to connect him. Such a poor response from one of the best reputed companies is unanticipated. Please look after the matter.

        The above subjected was purchased from the hariom retail pvt. Ltd. K-44, lajpat nagar-ii, central market, delhi-110024 on 02.06.2019, it was found that this machine was manufacturing defected as it is leaking from the top back of spinner side. The service engineer visited and checked the problem and report the matter to his seniors, since then, i used to call the customer care and its officials to resolve the issues but they have neither replace it nor responding.

          Hi team,

          I an very disappointed with havells koolaire air cooler which i purchased on 9-june-2019 from the shop “paras enterprise”.
          Cooler keeps on leaking the water after every 2 days. I am very unhappy with the product, this is the first time i purchased any havells product and it stamped a very worst experience in my products list.
          It’s not even 20 days where the product start giving problems. I will never recommend anyone to buy this product.
          I registered a compaint thrice, tech visit was done but still the problem is not fixed. Everyday i am facing the same issue for this product.
          It was not expected from havells.
          Please replace my cooler or give my the refund of it as it’s my first experience with havells which turned out so worst.
          I have also attached the invoice herewith this page.
          I also tried to email to [protected]@havells.com but the mail delivery was failed.

            We bought a havells gas geyser 6l on december 2018. It worked properly for a month. From then it's not working properly. The flame is not lightning now. I had complained about this 2 months ago and your technician visited but issue not resolved. Technician said that it might have battery problem. Till now we changed batteries around 20 times. But still it's not working properly. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

              The gyser has again failed on 3rd jun 2019 but still no replacement is provided
              A. First complaint[protected] logged on 3rd jun : no one visited despite multiple follow-up

              B. Second complaint[protected] logged on 7th jun, still no one visited to look at the problem

              C. The technician finally visited on 13th jun and informed that gyser needs to be replaced. Instead of giving replacement report he informed that he will send via whatsapp next day and only after multiple follow-up he send after 3 days

              When i took this report to metro from where i had purchased they mentioned that replacement can be provided only on original report. Please note i had purchased the gyser from metro, borivali in mumbai and had installed in pune house.

              This shows that havells unethical practice as their technician deliberately gave report on whatsapp

              D. Lodged another complaint[protected] on 19th jun and technician visited on 20th jun and informed that replacement gyser will be delivered to home within 2 days

              To-date no replacement is provided despite calling their toll free number multiple time.

              E. Lodged another complaint on 26th jun[protected] as according to the hepdesk your ticket is closed thus nothing can be done

              First of all the the gyser given was defective and and despite so many reminder no replacement is provided. How do i take this issue with consumer court as they have mentally tourched me since the day i purchased this equipment. Extremely pathetic quality of produc and equally pathetic post sales service.

              All the technician who visited had only one aim i. E. Close the ticket despite the problem persisting.

              I will never every purchase havells prodoct in my life and recommend anyone to purhase the same going forward. The gyser cost me only rs4000 but i will never let havells get away with such a pathetic service and will take it up in consumer court if the product is not replaced as promised

                It is to bring to your notice that i have purchased a lloyd made sem auto washing machine model no. Model no. Lloydm/w lwms78ls from hariom retail pvt. Ltd. K-44, lajpat nagar-ii, central market, delhi-110024 on 02.06.2019 (Copy of the bill attached). Since i purchased this machine, i found there is water leakage from the upper back side of rinse and plastic water pipe is also leakage. I complaint about it with customer care no. [protected]. They have registered my complaint with reference no.[protected]. Mr. Bhupender, service engineer from lloyd visited at my residence on 06.06.2019 and told me that he has forwarded my complaint to his seniors he would respond as he get direction from them.in addition to, i somehow approached mr. Satish mishra, area manager to whom i sent him water leaking video with copy of the bill.

                However, i have not received any response from anyone of lloy company.

                Therefore, i humbly request you to kindly look into the matter and rectify the issues at the earliest.

                I will have no option to move to consumer forum court if the issues are resolved

                I bought a new fan from authorised dealer of havells. The fan model Troika is making lot of repetitive sound per rotation ... It is very annoying.

                  Service is pathetic. I raised a complaint on 13-06-19 & 22-06-19 about air cooler is not working. Till now it’s not resolved and when ever i called customer care i got same response that complaint will be resolved very soon.

                      We purchased the Celia 70 on end of March'19 to beat summer heat. Due to poor quality, it's not functioning since mid of May'19. We registered compliant and technician visited after 4 days, they are unable to resolve the issue. Since then there is no update. Keeping the device idle for 15 days, what is the use of purchasing a cooler it it is not seeing the purpose. I need a replacement and immediate solution. Pathetic customer care and service.

                          Fan was purchased in October 17 but it was defective and it’s motor was changed but after few days defect repeated and again complaint was made which was attended but defect was not rectified

                          Bought 2 ceiling fan enticer art black, after installation one fan is working good but another having wobbling problem, called for service mechanic twice but he is not able to service. Requesting hacemos plz replace my fan with another one or do something so that my problem got resolve.

                            I registered a complaint with Havells for the iron bought a month ago.. within a month it stopped working. I even bought 2 irons considering Havells is a reliable company but they really gave me the pathetic experience. I couldn't pickup the engineer's call as I was at work. This engineer assumed that I don't need the service and he closed the complaint. When I called the customer care and showed the dissatisfaction, they didn't bother and asked me to return the iron to the engineer.. such ashame... I really wonder how they managed to get such huge customer base with this kind o[censored]nprofessional customer service.

                            I recently purchased 2 Havells ceiling fans from Havells Galaxy showroom in Patna.

                            The fans spin at a very slow speed. I contacted the dealer who has been of no help. Reading similar complaints of others it does seem like the fans have a manufacturing defect.

                              Hi,

                              I have registered a complaint (#[protected] on May 25th regarding faulty mixer grinder, and its been 15 days but there is no resolution yet. I am tired of calling on your customer care, but they hardly provide any help or escalate the issue. All they do is to give the customer bookish replies like we have sent the reminder on your request.

                              How slow is your management and executives that they are not waking up after repeated reminders for 15 days?

                              Its really disappointing to see such low service level of such a big company like Havells.

                              Kindly look into it and help me resolve this issue asap.

                                It's being 5 days now n nobody from havells is visiting to repair the gyeser. Everytime I call them they keep saying they ll send reminder, but nobody comes to repair.
                                Pathetic service from havells.
                                They keep telling we can't do anything n ask to call again and again.
                                Horrible service from havells.
                                Got SMS that issue ll be addressed by 7th June 2:00 pm.

                                I am facing the same issue with Havells customer support, really pathetic service. They don't have any resolution other than saying we have sent the reminder. Still waiting for the executive to visit after from last 15 days.
                                That i am the electrician and i installed 2 exhaust fan in Hyderpora area and after 3 months both the fans stop functioning.

                                  I have raised the concern Ref[protected] on 2nd June 2019, its been 5 days today and there has been no solution. I spoke to the customer care and they handed over the call to their senior. The senior promised the solution within 24 hrs, the next day and no help. I had to call again, spoke to another senior person, he too promised help in 24 hrs. Now its been 5 working days and i dont have an update.

                                  This has been one of the most pathetic services i have seen. Worst on this planet i believe. I dont trust you guys anymore. I want this email to be read by the senior most person in the company.

                                  Have been waiting for 5 days, for one small concern and issue still unresolved.

                                  God help me, because i know Havells cant.

                                    Hi,
                                    I had purchased product on 24th dec, 2016 (Bill enclosed). The product has started giving me problem of low heating during last winter itself. Now in summers the heating is average even we keep the thermostat adjustable knob to maximum. I am sure this is related to heating element
                                    The product manual says that the warranty on heating element is 4 years. And when complaint is lodged your service representative is asking for visit charges. I am ok to pay the visiting charges if there is some other fault then heating element/inner container issue. But why should i pay if the problem is related to heating element which is warranted for 4 years!
                                    The company is neither giving me proper response nor service although i have sent them three mails.
                                    Pl take up strongly with the company

                                      I had purchased a HAVELLS -100 AMP 4POLE MCCB on 21/08/2018, which comes with one year replacement warranty.

                                      In February, the MCCB didn't work for which I made complaint to havells customer care. company sent engineer to my location to see the MCCB, he ask me to show the bill of purchase, I show him and gave a photocopy of bill to him. then he assure me that company will replace MCCB in a week.
                                      But the product didn’t replaced.

                                      Till today the product is not replaced by company.

                                        I have logged request for ac service on 26th may 2019 in customer service with no[protected]. I was told someone will visit and if he does any kind of service/fault is there or fill gas he will take amount as per that also for touching ac visiting charge is there of rs 500.

                                        Case:
                                        Person visited, taken rs 500 by saying someone else will come and do work tom, not possible for me to do. Next day again a person visit and say not possible as outer is outside second floor.
                                        Our agency have to provide stairs or they will confirm we cant do work.

                                        Wordings of agency : we cant work there, will not refund your money also, talk to call center, also complaint is closed without happy code.

                                        Complaint was closed by giving no resolution and i receive a thankful message

                                        I was surprised that agency lady behavior on phone and harassment they have done for 2days with my parents who were alone at home and taken money by saying we will adjust in gas filling tom or we will refund the amount.

                                        Again complaint raised :[protected], still open.

                                        I am only of one opinion. Do the work, if not ready to do refund the amount. I am using 4 ac and 2 are of lloyd.

                                        I am now thinking is my mistake to choose the good brand who does’t have good venders down the line.

                                        Looking forward for giving service to me or refunding my amount which was taken without working.
