Hi,

I had registered a complaint for leakage issue of our new geyser within a week after installation. The complaint no. Is "[protected]". It was assigned to abhishek kumthekar who is giving vague statements and also not attending calls nor responding. Later he assigned this work to viki giri. Who till date haven't called me for appointment or visit confirmation.
This is not at all acceptable. We want worth for what we have spent. Need immediate action on the same.

    Dear sir/maam,

    With reference to the above subject i would like to bring to your attention that i bought a havells opus fan in 2013 for my residence. For a couple of years it functioned as intended but gradually the speed of the fan started flailing and the lights malfunctioned.in 2016 the capacitor along with the pcb and remote were replaced by the visiting technician and applicable charges were paid. After that the fan worked fine till recently when in june, 2019 again the speed of the fan deteriorated and remote became increasingly unresponsive. Complaint no.[protected] was registered on 03.07.2019 and service engineer md. Shakir khan visited on 04.07.2019.

    He diagnosed that the capacitor is faulty and would need a replacement. Further he made me talk to the service in charge who confirmed the same and also let me know that the component charge would have to be paid in advance as per the new service policy of havells which was an absolute first for me. I called up customer service to verify this unheard, industry first policy and was told that such policy doesn't exist. The support executive also had a word with the visiting technician who kept repeating that he's been instructed by his service head for the same. The call was never closed and the technician left after i was assured by the support executive that the matter will be taken up with the service center and someone else would be assigned this call.

    I waited for a few days but no one called. Finally when i received the call on 10.07.2019 it was more of a satisfaction survey, i let the executive know that the complaint was not closed and the fan is in the same state also that there is serious lack of co ordination between teams and commitments ain't being honoured. Upon this he raised fresh complaint vide ref. No.[protected] and to my utter surprise it was assigned to the same technician who had visited me earlier on 04.07 to no avail. However things didn't move and no one has called or visited my place or even bothered to get a feedback since then and the fan has stopped responding altogether and we are left to suffer in this intensely hot and humid weather.

    If this is the standard of service to be expected from a highly decorated company such as yours give me one good reason why a gullible customer would like to invest into expensive appliances made by you, when no one is bothered to take up their issues.

    On 20.08.2019 after I had sent the mail to customer support I was once again contacted by the same service In charge whom I had spoken with around a month and a half back. He reiterated that the component price i.e. Rs. 1400/- would have to be paid in advance only then they could attend to my call. Please clarify urgently if this is the company policy. Also give a good reason why a customer would reject the part having invested in such a high end fan.

      We bought havells lumeno 1320 mm on 19 jun 2019 from gurgaon store. The name of the store is arora electrical. Since then we are finding the fan very noisy. Pl help. Since the appliance is still in warranty period it is requested that a service agent may be deputed so that the issue can be resolved. The fan is noisier than our all other fans. We had opted for this kind of brand assuming that it will have higher technology and this must be silent.

        My havells storage water geyser was not powering on. On raising complaint, the ticket was assigned to sln enterprises and the guy diagnosed and said the prcd needs replacement. He came after couple of days and replaced the prcd. Then said the coil has gone bad and needs replacement. My model is quatro 15l. So he said he had to order from the company and it will take 10days. He charged me visiting charge rs.250 and for prcd rs.800 at the first time of the visit itself. There is no wat for me to check the price of the spare parts from havells site. So i had to give whatever amount he charged. He refused to give gst complaint bill. For the coil replacement after calling him multiple times he did not visit yet. There is no update on whether he has received the product or is it possible for him to do the repair. I called havells customer center again and the ticket was assigned to same guy again. Ticket details are "[protected]" and "[protected]". Both were closed without any resolution. Please try to support existing customers. Your service is terrible.

          I purchased a Havells Water Heater (ADONIA model), on 14th November 2018 from Reliance Digital store, Lucknow (U.P.).

          Till August it worked fine, but on 20th August 2019, its water inlet pipe suddenly got broken. I raised a complaint to Havells Customer care (Complaint Reference Number:[protected] on 22nd August 2019. The technician visited my house and after checking the water heater told me that I have to purchase the pipe from the market. I requested him that as I got the pipe along with the water Heater itself from the Havells company and the installation of the Water Heater is also done by technician from Havells, so in this case the accountability of the fault is with the company and as the product is in the warranty period so the product must be repaired without any cost. The technician gave me the number of his supervisor Mr. Akash (Mobile: [protected]) to talk with him. The supervisor spoke too rudely and bluntly and asked me to bear the cost of the defected pipe.
          If such is the behaviour and response of the employees, whose duty is to support the customer, then what can be expected from the company. It seems like company is cheating the consumer with faulty products are its staff are abusing the customers. Please fire such employees and help me by replacing the damaged part.

            I am highly upset and angry over havwells india ltd due to non availability of downlighter driver (Quantity 12 pcs). I have purchased led downlighter 18 watt for my showroom around 60 pcs out of which 10 of them are not working due to nonn availability of driver in service center even after complaint registered for several times. From last 1 year. Please help me to resolve this immediately.

              Complaint was registered for the ceiling fan breakdown on 25th july. The reference number:[protected] and[protected]

              Technician told that part needs replacement and he will get it from havells by 7th aug and next day it will be fixed.

              Now it is 20th aug, the issue has not been fixed and the technician/shanti sales to which the complaint was transferred are not even picking the calls.

              I called up havells customer care on 18th aug then they said sorry and said it will be fixed today itself. They gave me the complaint refrence number:[protected]. And i received a message on 19th aug that the issue is resolved. Imagine the height of pathetic customer service from havells, the issue was marked resolved without any person visting the site.

                My air cooler stop working from last 2 month. I have complained many times but you did not fix my air cooler.First I complained on 3rd July and your technician visited on 9 the July and told that IC is faulty and it take 3-4 days to fix it. But he after so many complaints he again visited on 30th July and again he told IC as well as motor is faulty and it takes 4 days to fix it. After the I am complaining continuously but you did not want to fix my air cooler.
                Please fix my problem as soon as possible.

                  Hi,

                  I would to tell everybody dont trust on havells. They same like other cheap brands. Looting customers money and making them fool.

                  I have complained 5 times for my ventil air dx plastic exhaust fan. 1st complain was filed on 1st august reference no.[protected], after that new reference no.[protected], after that new reference no.[protected], after that new reference no.[protected] and so on.

                  So whenever i call the customer care number they just file new complain and assure me that they will fix it within 48 hours after that their so called engineer close my case by saying they are fixed it. Its means they dont need kkg number to prove their visiting. What kind of scam it is?
                  This process has done 5 times from my 1st complain.
                  Sunny paji ki film ka dialoge yaad a gaya - "तारीख पे तारीख, तारीख पे तारीख लगती जा रही है जज साहब मगर इन्साफ नहीं मिल रहा!"

                  How someone can get justice when the whole company is corrupt? Just making fool by giving false promise of fixing the issue in the next visiting and no one is coming.

                  I hope other customers will take a lesson from my experience.
                  I know someone from the company will comment on it that we are looking into the matter but i will keep updated here what they actually do for me :)

                    I bought the fan from Havell which is giving noise. I complained 4 times so far and each time Havell person visits and do some basic repair and go. Problem repeats. I have asked service executive to replace as the problem looks like manufacturing defect.

                    Tried reaching Havell grievance . No details in their website and they still show same mail ID who were helpless last 4 times.

                      We have logged complaint for geyser not working on sunday dated 4th aug. Still issue is not resolved rather we are following up every day. Product is under warranty as same was purchased on 20th nov 2018. Despite one week follow up technician visited and asked for money to attend issue. Twice they visited and without checking actual issue they asked for charges. Since when we bought this geyser, initially safety wall was missing, after consumer compliant only they attended the installation. Now again same drama of charges. Not sure what does that mean by free installation and warranty if consumer has to pay for anything or everything. Requesting to take necessary actions immediately. Breakdown request no.[protected]

                        I buy 2 no. S of the above product on june 2019 from kolkata police subsidiary canteen. I charged it as per the products charging guidlines. But unfortunatly the one lantern discharged within 2 day inspite of no use of it and another one do not getting charged at all. It is my request u to pl replace the both lantern as early as possible.

                          Sir, i wants to inform you that
                          I had brought havells insta cook etx. Its serial no. Is edgjdaq06125. I had given request for repairing my product on 16th july 2019. My service request no. Is[protected]. There is no response on my complain. I had contact to your cutomer care many times but they cut my call or tell me to wait or cancelled my complain. Sir, my product comes under warranty period. I had also email to havells customer care but nobody reply to me. They tell me that technician will call you 48 hours, but 48hours never ended. Till 30 july 2019 nobody called me for repair my product. Nobody in havells customer care is ready to take responsbility. I am fed up of all this.
                          Please try to shortout my problem as soon as possible. I hope you will take action on this. Havells service performance is very bad. Nobody in havells customer care is ready to take responsbility

                          I have raised 4 time complain for switch not functioning. First Complain date- 15-6-19 & comp no[protected]. No one come to check issue. Raise again comp for same issue on 6-07-19 and comp no[protected]. No one come to check. again raise comp on 13-7-19 and comp no[protected]. still no one come to check my issue. Call multiple time.

                            Kindly note down seriously my this complaint and see my previous registered complaint and service provide by you that is about reo switches.
                            I purchased all the electrical material for home use like geyser, fan's, wiring, switches, mcb switches etc that are used in home by havelles dealer just a trust of quality of product and service by havells.
                            But i face more and serious problm in mainly in reo switche's that are going to shocked when we touch them to on or off.
                            From many days and month i face a problem that i complaint to havelles customer care to registered my complaint to them but the service not provide by you even worst way the engineer visit to home change maximum 2 switches and take code or sign the complaint foam and promise to come on next day to prepare others switches but they didnot come even not pick the phone.
                            Again when i registered they similarly did this. This time they cross all the limit and didnot take any action of my registered complaint on 26/07/2019 till this time.
                            Dear sir/madam i will move to other company like anchor or goldmedal to completely solve my problm.
                            My motive to tell you all this things just to tell that your hired service engineer provide extraordinary service to havelles customers who purchased your high standered material that are i see the qaulity of that on the trust of great name and fame of havelles.

                            I would want to tell u havelles is reputed company and it is possible that any product get some technical issue due to any reason for any company product.
                            But customer take product only upon the review of service.
                            Infortunately i faced that bad experience i want to make know senior of service expert of havelles.

                            Till No resolution I found by Havelles Pvt Ltd about my complaint they highlight my issue but till thier best support service engineer are not concern and able to make any any solution.
                            I want a clearly answer is that this compalint would be resolved or not or if not solved i easily moved to any other solution to come out of this trouble.

Thereafter no one turned up. I repeatedly call customer care, however every time i got the answered that it's out of stock, we will let u know once this is back in stock. I escalated on 7th day and called up area manager. Thankfully he assured me that technician will come and de-install the ceiling fan and give it to me with a replace tag. And requested me that if i could get it replaced by dealer then area manager will send the technician to re-install the same. Also he confirmed that stock is available with dealer.
                              However, to my surprise, dealer didn't had the stock either and suggested to change with some other model.
                              I discussed with area manager and he also suggested the same. I picked up another model. Till this time, area manager was very supportive. He mentioned that he will sending the technician in a next 2 hours. However post that he stopped picking up the calls. From last 3 days, i am trying to reach out to them however, he didn't pick the call and no one turned to install the same.
                              When i called up the customer care again, they closed my request already and said, we don't install fans.
                              I have all the recoding and discussion we had with customer care and area manger, where false commitment was made to me. However no one turned up even after 4 days.
                              Such a bad service & horrible experience. Seniors as well made false commitment and make fool of customers.

                                Had originally complained on 13th and again on 15th july that geysor was tripping. Technician finally came on 21st july with a promise that he will visit on 22nd with the parts to be changed. He did not visit and i am not able to contact him as his phone seems to be switched off. Customer care has been giving a standard reply and a sms message that the issue has been escalated. Unfortunately, this does not help and they do not transfer the call to any higher authority. Seems that all repair work has been out-sourced to local electrical shops. Kindly help to resolve this issue

                                  I have been raising the complaints from 03 rd july 2019 as the geyser is not working and one of technician visited on first complaint and he said that the heating element needs to replaced. The first complaint has been closed without my consent or confirmation. Raised the complaints few more on 06th-july, 13th july and they are cancelled without my confirmation. The latest 4 complaint on 18th-july-2019 still no technician called or visited and hope this ticket will be also closed/cancelled without provide the service.

                                  And this is my second complaint (Had same service issue raised complaint aug 2018) in this forum on this geyser. The heating element was replaced during aug 2018 and again it is not working in jul 2019 which raises the question in my mind whether havells using quality
                                  Heating element? Since i have havells safety socket connected to geyser it is not allowing to on or tripping the power off.. Means without that socket it is very unsafe (Life threat) to use the geyser. If the heating element is not working the geyser should not heat the water but in my case the power from heating element to passing to geyser.. Grounding to geyser.
                                  Regards to geyser product my experience confirms that there service is bad and they are not using quality material and mainly no safety measures.

                                  I request you kindly take proper action on service delay and closing the tickets without taking confirmation from customer and address the geyser issue.

                                        I have purchased inverter ac of lloyd dated 05/04/2019 (Bill attached). Its not working from 01.07.19 it has been 19 days now i raised a complaint at havells/lloyd customer care number on 2nd july 2019. I got the reference number[protected] from them by sms (Attached in this message also) and also given the number of engineer mr narinder refrigeration. I have talked with him on phone multiple times but he is not giving proper response everytime he gives new excuse like part coming stuck somewhere and now he has even stopped picking my calls.
                                        It has been 17 days now and i don't know where to go and what to do.
                                        So i request to help me in this issue i am really very disappointed by lloyd customer service i purchased this ac because this company belongs to havells india. Please resolve my problem.
