It is to bring to your notice that i have purchased a lloyd made sem auto washing machine model no. Model no. Lloydm/w lwms78ls from hariom retail pvt. Ltd. K-44, lajpat nagar-ii, central market, delhi-110024 on 02.06.2019 (Copy of the bill attached). Since i purchased this machine, i found there is water leakage from the upper back side of rinse and plastic water pipe is also leakage. I complaint about it with customer care no. [protected]. They have registered my complaint with reference no.[protected]. Mr. Bhupender, service engineer from lloyd visited at my residence on 06.06.2019 and told me that he has forwarded my complaint to his seniors he would respond as he get direction from them.in addition to, i somehow approached mr. Satish mishra, area manager to whom i sent him water leaking video with copy of the bill.
However, i have not received any response from anyone of lloy company.
Therefore, i humbly request you to kindly look into the matter and rectify the issues at the earliest.
I will have no option to move to consumer forum court if the issues are resolved
