Hi Team,
This is regarding compliant number [protected] - Reo fan Slow Speed Issue. I have purchased total 6 quantity on 6th March 2023 and all of them having same issue. So I raised
My first complaint ([protected]) on 12th of March, technician visited but did not resolve the issue but still Havells have closed this complaint and raised a another complaint on 17th March which is mentioned above.
Two technicians came together on 20th March checked everything from their side including starter winding, regulator, capacitor and no issue found with these and they finally told issue is with the fan itself and left the house.
Then I had called Havells same day 20th March to ask what next and they mentioned they will send senior technician but untill today no calls or visit from any technician even after multiple escalations.
So I waited until yesterday 23rd March as per their advise but still NO calls/resolution received.
Please need your support on this case as I have spent a lot of money on these products but no satisfaction at all.

Technician has confirmed to me there is an issue with Reo-Fan itself but when I call Havells they are saying technician told no issue with the fan and they are not ready to put me into a conference call with a technician.
And they are disconnecting my calls without any proper response. Please escalate this matter and help me urgently as the total quantity of Fans is 6 and all of them have the same issue (Slow-Speed Issue).
